Where I stand
One page per issue, written for District 4. Each one says what’s wrong, what I’ll do, and how we pay for it.
Roads we already have
Old Mill Road carries far more traffic than it was built for. Fix it before approving more homes that depend on it. Includes a live tracker of the Old Mill subdivision vote.
Growth that pays its way
Impact fees and development agreements that cover schools, water and fire service, so current taxpayers aren’t footing the bill.
Faster emergency response
A staffed station east of Pine Hollow, paid for through the capital plan rather than a new tax.
